Senior Strategy.
Every Engagement.

Christian Clymer has spent more than twenty years in public affairs, most of it in the thick of the hardest policy fights in Washington. He led PhRMA's signature advocacy campaigns, running multi-state legislative battles and coalition programs that shaped outcomes across the pharmaceutical and health care sectors. He has worked with Fortune 500 companies on high-stakes regulatory problems, counseled parties in complex litigation, and built advocacy operations from scratch for organizations that needed to move quickly and couldn't afford to get it wrong.

None of that was done from the sidelines. Christian ran campaigns. He built coalitions, recruited the messengers, put grassroots programs in the field, and sat in the rooms where the decisions actually got made. He knows what works in those rooms because he has been showing up to them for two decades.

Christian Clymer, Accelerate Advocacy

Building Accelerate Advocacy

Accelerate Advocacy started because Christian kept seeing the same thing happen. An organization would hire a large firm expecting senior attention and a strategy built for their specific situation. What they would actually get was a junior team recycling last quarter's playbook, an overworked associate running the account, and a monthly invoice that reflected a whole lot of infrastructure they never asked for and never used.

The people at those firms weren't the problem. The structure was. The model rewarded staffing volume over getting it right. Christian built Accelerate to solve that: one principal, hands on from strategy through execution, with the ability to bring in the right specialists when the work calls for it and stand them down when it doesn't.

The Intelligence Difference

Christian has invested in advanced analytical capabilities that most boutique firms don't have access to and most large firms don't bother using. Stakeholder mapping that shows who actually moves whom. Narrative tracking that picks up shifts in the information environment before they become conventional wisdom. Scenario modeling that pressure-tests strategy against different political and regulatory futures before anyone spends a dollar on tactics.

This isn't a capabilities slide. These tools are built into every engagement. They give clients a real advantage because they can see the full landscape clearly instead of just the slice of it visible from where they normally sit.
